Farmers Cooperative Springdale

I called the store to ask about a product. The person who answered the phone—likely a young boy—immediately acted as if the call was cutting off and said he would call me right back. I never heard from them. For context, I am a legal naturalized immigrant with an accent, though it is not so thick that I can’t be understood. I highly suspect that this young, immature person with a rural accent felt the need to be rude because of my accent. I’m sharing this review to make others aware of the treatment I received at this store. Needless to say, I won’t be shopping there. I ended up purchasing from Amazon instead.

Very competitive pricing, even compared with other larger publicly traded/private equity owned equivalents.

Nice store & easy to find. I needed some Rat/Squirrel poison & they had exactly what I needed. I have a raccoon trying to make its home in my attic.

After taking back 6 bags of feed that was so moldy it could not be used, it was very rudely replaced with 6 bags so full of bugs I had to vacuum and spray my FJ to kill them all.
